"Fresh, soft, and just right"
I’m picky about cake texture, so that’s the first thing I paid attention to. This one arrived in good shape and still felt nice and soft when we opened it. The sweetness was just right for me too, not overly sugary. Really happy with the order.

I was surprised by how many designs Boomf had. It actually took me a little while to pick one because there were so many cute and funny options. I managed to find something that suited the occasion really easily, and the website was straightforward to use with no hassle. I’d definitely use it again for birthdays or little surprise gifts.

"Showed up way faster than I expected"
I ordered from Boomf for a last-minute birthday thing and, to be honest, I was already annoyed because I was sure it was going to arrive late. I’d left it too close to the date, so I was half ready to blame the delivery if it all went wrong.

But it actually turned up within a couple of days and saved me a load of stress. No problems with delivery at all, which made me feel a bit stupid for getting worked up in the first place. Would definitely use them again.

"Way better quality than I expected"
I was surprised by how nice this card was. Compared to a lot of cards I’ve bought before, the paper felt thicker, the colours were really clear, and it didn’t have that cheap flimsy feel at all. My friend loved it too, so I’d definitely order again.

Really happy with Boomf tbh. after I ordered, I got clear updates and always knew what was going on without having to chase anyone up. The delivery info was easy to follow, and the emails weren’t over the top, just enough. Nice, simple experience and I’d definitely use them again

I ordered from boomf and the item arrived fine, so no real complaints there. But I did feel a bit misled when it came to the delivery cost, it seemed higher than I expected for what was being sent. Overall I’m still happy enough with the order, I just wish the postage had been clearer or a bit cheaper.

I ordered from Boomf for my sister’s birthday, it felt like money well spent. It was just a fun, fun little surprise that made the day feel a bit more special.

The card wasn’t super pricey, but it still looked really nice and got a proper laugh from her. Delivery was fine too, no drama, no issues, no stress.

I’ve definitely paid more for boring cards in shops before, so this felt like much better value. I’d use them again for sure, for sure.

"Made my surprise way more fun"
I had a good time with this confetti. It looked bright and nice right out of the box, and I liked that it didn’t feel cheap or dusty like some I’ve bought before. When I used it, it flew out really well and made my surprise feel way funnier and more dramatic, which is exactly what I wanted. It definitely got everywhere, so I had to deal with the cleanup after, but I kind of expected that. I’d use it again.

I ordered a personalised card and had mixed feelings while waiting for it, mostly because I was worried the name might be spelled wrong or the photo might look a bit off. But when it arrived, everything was exactly as I’d typed it, and the photo was placed really nicely too. So in the end I was really happy with it, even if I did spend a bit of time stressing over it for no reason.

"Support was fast and actually helpful"
I had a small issue with my order and my immediate thought was, great, this probably won’t show up on time. I messaged boomf customer service expecting the usual slow back-and-forth, but they replied way quicker than I’d guessed.
They were friendly, didn’t overcomplicate anything, and kept me in the loop while it got sorted. My snap judgment was that this was going to be a hassle, but it ended up being painless. I’d definitely use them again.

"Pretty much the size I was hoping for"
I was kind of expecting it to be smaller for some reason, but it ended up being just right. I set it on the shelf and it looks really cute there.
